hi everyone just had unoffical weigh in at home lost 1lb (from last weeks weight on my own scales cdc away for 2 weeks) I'm disappointed but not surprised because of the blip over the last few days. I'm finding it hard not to nibble in the evenings, nothing major, but obviously enough to slow down the weight loss. I seem to have a few good days, followed by a few where I can't stop picking. I'm going to restart again today,and so far so good. Only problem is we're due out for a meal on wednesday for my husbands birthday will have to stick to chicken and veg but was really hoping to do ss all week.
