hi all....
been soooo busy over the last couple of days, and will be for the next few too......just got this evening to chill out.....
have stuck to plan properly, but has been very hard!
am surrounded by stuff i just wanna eat!
and am surrounded by people keep saying things like "havent you lost enough weight now?" or "isnt it about time you started eating properly now?"
the house seems to be filling with xmas food, and i'm lusting after carbs lol
ah well, keep plodding on!
