I had weetabix minis with a scan bran............just realised it says to have with a ryvita.... Does it matter?

I should think it would be OK - the crispbread is to increase the fibre content, and I would imagine that a Scanbran probably has more than a Ryvita!

well scan bran are only 1 syn each so if you are that worried and want to do it exact you could always syn the scan bran and go eat a ryvita!
