Oh dear, I'm confused

    I have various mixed view on rice pudding and syns. All I want to do is make a rice pudding in microwave, with water, drain off then mix with mullerlight (toffee - yummmmmmy) Would this then be syn free ?? (Hoping) xxxx:rolleyes:

    I make the same (but in a pan) and it's syn free, so go for it. x

    Emski - put some sweetner in too, makes it taste better.

    I'm feeling much more positive thanks Kymsey, can't wait for the "help to slim" scheme to start at my doctors in January, but doing SW 100% at the moment. Hope you're ok too.
