Hun the tabs can stay in your system for anything up to 72 hours, hopefully you should feel a lot better by tomorrow. As for food, stick to the 5% rule and the no more than 15g of fat per meal. If it helps, ( and it will do ) keep a food diary and keep a record of your fat grams, that way you know you're being aware of what you are eating.

Hi hun, thats some great advice from Ali there,i keep a record of all my food and it really helps me to stay on track.
