A fast day today but mixed with totm and having to take a cocodamol for chronoc back pain really not good. Need to avoid fast days on days where I need pain relief maybe. Felt v rough

Oh no. Have they made you feel sick because you've taken them on an empty stomach?

Yes - felt woosy, sick and stomach pains. Felt a little better after I ate my 350 calories. Won't do that again!
