I have been alternating between WW and SW for goodness knows how long now. I rejoined SW a month ago and after a really good first fortnight... then the bank holiday happened. I just have not been able to get back into it ever since. I love the concept but the concept does not appear to love me.

So I have just signed back up to WW online and am hoping that you are all as lovely and supportive in here as they are in the SW forum

As a old sw member I find WW great as nothing is out of bounds, as long as you count the pt's lol!!

As an ex sw member myself I too love the idea of it just cant handle the unlimited food malarky. ww suits me just fine and will suit you too. Nothing out of bounds and yes this is a friendly group. HAve a fab 1st week
