Well I was right! I am so gutted!!! I have stuck to plan 100% no two ways about it, consultant looked at food diary and couldn't see anything wrong, I stayed the same?????!!!!!! This is the 2nd time I've tried extra easy and lost nothing, so it's been recommended I go back to red and green, I would of done what I did the last time and walked out, but I couldn't as my son is doing free 2 go, need to stick to it for his sake!
