I've got my first WI tonight in class, just weighed myself at home and looks as though I've lost nothing : (

    DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF!!!

Whether you've stayed the same or have lost loads on your own scales I find that weighing myself at home simply isn't reliable. Your consultant has mega calibrated scales and I would suggest you try to treat them as your constant and if you are weighing yourself at home I would suggest you take it with a big pinch of salt or at least try and detach the apprehensive feelings that weighing at home can cause.

If things don't go as you wish it can be good finding out at class because you've got a support network there (I speak from experience having once burst into tears after a disappointing weigh in - the class & consultant were great and kept me on track).

Most importantly - GOOD LUCK for your OFFICIAL WI!!

Well I was right! I am so gutted!!! I have stuck to plan 100% no two ways about it, consultant looked at food diary and couldn't see anything wrong, I stayed the same?????!!!!!! This is the 2nd time I've tried extra easy and lost nothing, so it's been recommended I go back to red and green, I would of done what I did the last time and walked out, but I couldn't as my son is doing free 2 go, need to stick to it for his sake!

Extra easy doesn't seem to work well with me, so I'm sticking to red for the time being. That said, tomorrow i'm looking forward to a bit of extra easy, and might have another couple of ee days over the weeend, but still keep the majority as red- I figure I've nothing to lose but weight by trying!!

EE doesn't work for me and my losses are lower on green than red so I do mostly red with the odd EE or green when I'm eating out!

Hope the change works for you this week!! Don't give up!!

Thank you, I've read through my books again and neither red nor green seem appealing to me after extra easy, or more I can't think what to have, feeling v unmotivated! : (
