Weighed in for my weekly weigh in this morning only to find that I have put on 1 & a quater pounds!! I just don't understand why, i have'nt done anything different, not pigged out or anything, (kinda make me wish I had) I'm soooo disapointed I could scream!!!!!:8855:
Are the scales definitely right? Were you wearing extra clothes? Whatever the reason it's a temporary blip, that's all. I know it can be frustrating/disappointing/flipping unfair but look forward to next week and your ultimate goal.
