my brother went out to the ice cream van and bought 2 MASSIVE ice creams with flakes and rasperry sauce and I ate mine so so stupid AND I am getting weighed tomorrow

DOn't worry - you can't change it now - just don't use it as an excuse to go mad for the rest of the night. I'd be really surprised if it had an impact (or very little if it does) on your weight in tomorrow - good luck for it.
