You can have all meats hun
make sure your portions are the size of your palm and thckness of it too... all meats carry a gi rating of 0 as they dont contain carbs..just becareful on fat content obviously pork and lamb, duck etc are the higher fat content ... i would definately buy a book on it too as it really helps and they are many cheap on amazon!
 
Im gonna go town and have a browse tomorrow. I dont eat red meat so only chicken and turkey for me as dont like pork oh and fish ha ha x

I love fish ment to say ha ha h aha i prefer fish to meat i find meat can b bland ohhhhhh all excited gonna get my recipe book. Plus my boyf wants to start a healthy lifestyle
