OK I have my Ice Cream maker ... now what?

Like the title says really ....... I've got my ice cream maker ... I've got my vff yogs ..... what do I do now??

Do I just bung it all in and wait?

Yep - pretty much it!!

You can either add lots of diff ingredients, like yog, raw eggs, vanilla essence etc for a more creamy ice cream, or just freeze yougs in there.

There is a few threads so have a quick scan in the search thing - theres a nice maltesser one too!!

i can recommend a mini meringue crumbled over the top-especially nice with a toffee mullerlight bunged in with a little bit of sweetner
