Ok I'm Back here we go.......

Only lost a lb - did think I had lost more oh well maybe next week

Bkft 2 Weetabix, 5 grapes, skimmed milk and 1/2 yogurt

Lunch out was a cajun veggie burger, I asked for Mayo and the cheese on the side I had tsp of Mayo and as the cheese was a slice I had 1/2 - aint I the saint!!!
Unfortunately it came with chips the skinny ones and I eat 1/2 the bowl - just couldnt stop myself - thought I was doing well as the Veggie burger was oven cooked not fried. Came in a white roll was a small size one. but still think syns total was probably about 25 worth....
Melon, 5 grapes and pineapple + Yogurt
Dinner: Jkt spud bb and salad - might not have this, see how hungry I am.

Ironing tonight - yuk I'd rather be spinning.

Not been on here for a while - really busy at work Friday, saturday and sunday the same (Birthday girl on Sunday so had what I wanted didnt go to mad so fingers crossed)

Bkft: None - went spinning early so didnt get time for bkft.
Alpen light bar - HEXB and apple at work.
Lunch: Tuna and salad
WW mini roll - 4 syns
Melon and grapes and yogurt
Dinner: Tomato soup and 2 x wholemeal bread- HEXB
Pud: Apple turnover with fresh cream - couldnt resist - 13.5 syns
HEXA-Skimmed Milk.
Alpen Light bar - HEXB

Bought cakes for work - cost a small fortune and then before people had had a chnace to pick a cake, 2 blokes eat two one after the other - greedy b*******...
I was very good bought WW mini rolls to have - 4 syns not bad...

Spinning exercise this morning 45 mins.

Options - 1.5 syns
Jaffa mini roll - 4 syns
ML yougurt cherry/vanilla, sprinkled choc one - 1.5 syns.

Stuffed.

Didnt get to Body Pump - didnt finish work until 6 - too late by then to get to class:(

Today I be mostly having a green day (didnt want to but went to cafe at lunch and choice was limited so had to have JKT Sup with BB and salad.)

Dinner: SWR Tomato soup with 60g wholemeal roll 2 rashers of bacon 4 syns, egg.

Damn put on 2.5 lbs - Birthday meal, wine and cake, and cake and cake - only myself to blame.

Was looking for something for lunvh today and thought I would have some cous cous - I didnt realize that Anisley HArriott cous cous had syns?!?! I thought this was free....damn I love that stuff.

Not sure what day to have yet

No idea as its a quick in cook hubbys dinner, make hubbys sandwich for tomorrow then out...

Gym yesterday too. Double damn...
