OK Newbies - how did the first weigh in go??

    Was just wondering how everyone did on their first week?

    I was struggling so much when I was in London but I stuck with it and I got weighed yesterday and lost 91/2lbs!!

    I was delighted :D

    Come on, good news needed to keep going!!

    I got weighed yesterday and I lost 9lb and 3 inches off my waist :0)

    Well done everybody - my 1st weigh in is monday, I have coped really well so far but dreading the weekend, but I will try to keep myself busy and hopefully have a major loss like all of you.

    I lost 11lbs my first week, got my second WI tomorrow. Well done everyone, it does seem to get easier as time goes on, just becomes part of life. I just take it day by day, and each day just get through until bedtime.
