and i'm just about to start on my toes, or maybe start smokin... :smoke:

Only joking but wow i'm hungry.

Had my first shake at 7am, now it's eleven..So here is my dilema: do i have shake 2 now and suffer later?? or try to drag it out now while i'm at work and therefore lessen the pain this evening??

I'm gonna wait till 12 - counting the minutes

Hi Lorna, my advice is to try and drag it out so that you don't leave hours and hours until your last one.....the first few days are a nightmare but they do get better. There are loads of newbies starting out so try and buddy up with someone who is going through the process at the same time as you then you can encourage each other....that's what I did and it worked for me:D

If you can stick with it the hunger will soon pass, you'll get your first week under your belt, probably shed your first half stone and then you'll be well away!

    Good luck x

    I feel your pain!! lol.
Try to drag it out and have some more water if you can that might help!!
If you have your shake to early and hungry this evening at home would the temptation be there to eat?

Good luck, stay strong you can do it xx

I'm on day 4 now and it definitely feels better than day 1. Im finding peppermint tea helped the hunger pangs and plenty of water. Keep at it, it will be so worth it. x

Hang in there till you get into ketosis - the hunger will disappear like magic. That is the amazing thing about this diet - no hunger! The first few days are the hardest.
Stay strong! It will be worth it! :character00116:

Day 2 feeling better today - ketostix show a result - headace mostly gone. still quite hungry tho.

I had been advised to go low carb for a few days before i started lipotrim. I dont think i could have handled several days like yesterday.
i did low carb for 3 days but was too impatient to wait any longer - would recommend doing 4-5 days.

I'm now on day 13.. weigh in tomorrow but I can honestly say I have not felt hunger at all in the last week. amazing really! I used to eat a huge breakfast at 8 and be hungry by 11am! Thats Ketosis for you!

It really does work a treat, keep going, the hard bit is soon over.
