Brekkie - Weetabix x 2 HEB
Semi Skimmed Milk - Taken from allowance rest to use for tea HEA
2 tsp Sugar 2 Syns

Lunch - Bacon,Baked Beans,Mushrooms and Tomatoes,Scrambled Egg - (not sure if this is too much food?)

Dinner - Birds Eye Beef in Gravy, Potatoes, Carrots, Runner Beans

Snacks - Activia snackpot strawberry
Butterkist toffe popcorn 35g bag 5 Syns

Can someone tell me if this is ok or am I being a pig ?? Seems a lot more than I normally have. Would normally have a sandwich for lunch or crackers.

Its the lunches I'm getting anxious about as its normally a quick fix during my lunch hour, I work from home so no problem cooking. I suppose I could have jacket potatoes or salad.

This looks really good. Don't worry about eating too much, it may seem a lot but if it's on plan and you are not stuffed after each meal then it's fine.
You have plenty of superfree veg in there with your meals so that's great.
