Olives - whats the score??

I LOVEEEEE olives at the moment and im planning on starting sw on monday and i dont actually think i can live without them, please someone tell me that they are free???? i dont reakon they are (the ones i get) i get the pick and mix olives from the deli counter in tescos which are usually covered in olive oil eeeek...... someone make my day....

No, they're not free hunny...

I can't get onto the website at the moment, but it's something like 12 for 1 syn...or 2 syns? They're definitely synned. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!!

Asda olives in brine (jar) with stones are

28g 1 syn

Olives in brine without stones are

Green olives 28g 2 syns Black olives 2.5 syns

olives mixed marinated chilled 28g 2.5syns


co ops pitted and marinated black olives are 3 yns per 28g

I wouldn't have thought so, sorry. It is only salt water you're washing off which isn't synned.

The syns will come from the oil in the olives so rinsing them will make no difference.
