How do you do yours?

I do a 4 egg one and I add water to this to loosen it up instead of milk.

Fry some chopped bacon in fry light. With maybe some chopped spring onions, onion, or mushroom. Depends what looks all sad and needs using.

Pour the mixture in and do the usual pushing and letting the mixture run to the edge blah blah blah. Cook till the bottom is firm then sprinkle over 21 grams of lighter cathedral.


Top with a layer of baked beans.

A killer tip is to separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them until they're stiff and fluffy. Then beat up the egg yolk with your flavouring (I go for chives and black pepper), then tip the yolk into the fluffy white and gently fold.

Fry it in a hot pan with a good coating of fry light to stop it sticking, so fluffy and light, I much prefer it to a regular omelette.
