Feel free to completely ignore me, no reply needed but I must put it down here before I explode! LOL!

Its just after 11pm and I have not long got in from the swimming pool.. I have done an hours Aquafit and then swam lengths for an hour - and I wasnt even puffed out of feeling rough/lifeless! I am SO bloody chuffed I could burst! I have always been so fat and unfit that I would struggle for breath, yet today I easily kept pace with regulars.. AND beat most when it came to the weights and how far I am able to bend! ooh get me!! ;) LOL!! When everyone else left the pool, I remained and then swam for an hour.. I feel absolutely amazing.. I have never ever understood people when they work out ad how they enjoy it but I am havng that now I think.. its like a natural high! It wasnt torture liike it used to be. wasnt unpleasant or painful!! More happy about findng something that I can do that doesnt impact my back...!! Will knw for sure if its made it worse but I was able to do it so fingers crossed - it will either have me ok tmw or unable to walk an crawling round th ehouse again! If its the later please make sure you all keep me busy tmw as its a looong day on all 4s!! PMSL!!
Seriously hoping it will tone up and shrink my butt n legs... thoroughly enjoyed myself and even my 13yr old Daughter n her friend coudnt keep up wth me! Chuffed indeed :)
NOw off to colapse in bed and warm up as I was bloody FREEZING the entire time thanks to this diet, even tho the pool was apparently lovely n warm! brrrr!! LOL!

Yup, not bad for a half-fat-bird with 5 slipped discs, twisted pelvis. compressed spinal cord, damaged hip & crushed sciatic nerve eh!! My back has seriously improved 100%to how it used to be just by losing this latest amount of weight... I say it every day. I have gone from not even being able to stand up or move my own children and now I can swim properly as much as the next person! Its no wonder I didnt completely mess up my back when I was 19odd stone... you gota wonder what a huge strain it was under.. its not until you realise afterwards..
Worked out earlier that the weight I have lost is equal to holding my Middle Daughter x 2 and my Son all at the same time. I cant do one of them, let alone equiv of 3 of them every single minute of every day! I would be shattered!!

Seriously girls, the health benefits are blatantly obvious. I have never noticed such a large change at any point, even when I have come out of hossie with anasthetic in my spine!!! Its amazing! I have a few others broken bits too (fit for the scrap yard at 33!!!) and even those have been affected for the better... I am waiting on a major operation to remove my discs having tried other ops.. but seeing how much better I am now I am toying with the idea of holding it off for a bit and seeing if it will sort itself out in the longterm.. it has risks etc and right now I am doing much better! if its the one thing that keeps you all going then it should be this.... and thats without the benefits to your heart, lungs etc.. !!!! Keep it up ladies :) xx

It can ONLY improve things.. in every single area, even a slight improvement in a bonus and they all add up! Will keep everything crossed for you.. this time last year I was having to crawl around like a baby and couldnt stand or look after my kids properly.. if I can now be like I am then others can too! I never thought it possible :)
