OMG! I have gone over 3 and a half points!! what do i do?

How many days do you have till weigh-in? You can cut down by up to four points a day - as long as that doesn't take you under 14 points so you could make it up over the next day or two.

You could also do some exercise and earn some points that way.

Don't beat yourself up too badly - it happens to all of us x

I weigh in every sunday, and my daily points are 18 a day, I feel a bad person i could kick myself!

I will cut down a couple of points to get back on track, and get on walking for miles lol!

lol it was 2 oreos, and and a ww yogurt! oh dear i need to run run run before those oreos reach my hips! lol

Im hoping im not the only one thats done this lol, i hope i dont put that pound on i lost this week lol xx

the others have given you good advice. I'd cut back on the points over 4 days thus banking one a day for 4 days to get the 4 back. Not sure if you can go under 16 points a day.

Don't worry. And up the exercise.
