I just bought an exercise bike!!!

Step 2 is to get it out of the box

Step 3 is to use it for at least half an hour each day.

This is quite a remarkable feat for me... LOL. The main reason being due to the fact that I suffer with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. With Fibromyalgia, pain is amplified and muscles can become so stiff, they freeze up. But... I have to get a good level of stamina and mobility back. Having lost almost 3 stone (2 st 10lbs) I feel now is the time to start easing a bit of exercise into my daily routing :D

Gonna give it my best shot and hope to god I don't suffer the consequences.

Well I've got it put together with the help of my [gritted teeth] darling 3 yr old. I don't think I've got the tensioner fixed together right, it doesn't seem to get more or less when I adjust it. I'll get hubby on to it when he gets home... I'll claim the dumb blonde little wife LOL

I got one similar to that last year but I've only used it about 5 times. It's handy for hanging coats etc on though! I must start using it again....
