i stood on the scales this morning....i have gained 3lb since yesterday omg!!!! i did not cheat i stuck to it and i gain.....my menu went like this:
brekkie quorn sausages x 2
1/3 tin beans
2 x eggs frylight
1 baked tomoatoe
cup tea sweetner and semi skimmed milk from allowance of hex
lunch was chilli
made with carrots potatoes swede quorn tinend tomatoes 1 bovril cube and passata
plus brown basmati rice
1 shape zero yoghurt
1 laughing cow light triangle
supper was
2 x shredded wheat with rest of milk allowance
3 hobnobs original ones
small glass diet coke
what did i do wrong ?????
please advise!!!
