i had a bug 2weeks ago and suffered terrible with trapped wind to the point where i was nearly crying in agony, anyway went to the chemist and he gave me medicine its called Kolanticon gel. it helped straight away found it brilliant. but not sure if the chemist is open today as its bank holiday. have you got andrews there that might help. hope it goes away for you soon and you feel better. :)

I always find warmth helps trapped wind, so maybe a bath or hot water bottle may help until you can get something to ease it, hope you feel better soon hunny x

omg you poor poor thing. DEFFO needs a trip to the docs as thats not good on a normal diet, let alone folloowing a VLCD,, you NEED all of your nutrients, they would have given you dioralyte by now to keep your salts n minerals up at the very least.

Hope you get on ok, let us know how you are and get well soon xx
