Hi all feeling on top of the world today lost another pound, which has taken me 1pound away from those illusive 11's, Oh My God I'm soooo close, its the most fantastic feeling in the world.
I put on my old faithful linen trousers this morning and they fell down over my hips !!!!!!!!! I couldn't belive it !!!! Even my kids got all excited.
CD is the best thing in the world, Good Luck to you all and well done on your weight loss soo far.

Wow! Good for you, and its so sweet your kids are excited too!
I love bagging up all my fat clothes and taking them to oxfam, as I slowly move down sizes, knowing that I am never going to wear them again! I feel so proud taking them into the shop and it feels so catharitic, like I am getting rid of the old fat me too!
