I've just bought a weight watchers blackcurrent cheese cake ... thinking it's weight watchers they shouldn't be too bad ....... they are 9 syns for one!!!

Think I'll have to save them for a treat!

I hate it when you buy something thinking it will be ok ish and its not, as a general rule go by 20 calories is 1 syn, obv that doesnt work on things that contain a free food allowance x

WW Works out points on cals and saturated fat - I used to do WW and had a spreadsheet that worked out the points, but I can't remember how the sum worked (me and maths don't go well together!) so maybe what can seem low points isn't necessarily low syns (although I've no idea how sw work out syns!!)
