I have been on sw about 7 weeks now have lost half a stone but the last two weeks have maintained. Weight never drops off me loose slow thats why I give up.
This week have lost 2LB so happy about that feel like im moving again. Just thinking as long as im not putting on its worth it.

well done on your loss this week.
i personally think its better to lose weight a little slower as you gradually change your eating habits instead of changing them just to lose weight quick, reach your target then go back to your old habits which will pile the weight back on.
i am guilty of doing this.
slow and steady.
good luck and hope you do well xx

Hi Mate

I say this all the time I know, but....

I 'only' lose approx 1lb per week- slow compared to others but it is realistic and sustainable for me- and effective! I got my 5 stone award last week so it all adds up mate!!!!

Getting fit for 30!

Excellent work hun, keep with it and you'll be thankful you did (I say this as I'm doing SW for the 5th time!).

Not far to that first stone :D

Well done and good on ya for not getting down about STS for a couple of weeks. Have faith in what you are doing and trust your body. Sometimes it just has to learn to do as its told and get used to the idea lol.
