well done on your loss this week.
i personally think its better to lose weight a little slower as you gradually change your eating habits instead of changing them just to lose weight quick,reach your target then go back to your old habits which will pile the weight back on.
i am guilty of doing this.
slow and steady.

I say this all the time I know, but....

I 'only' lose approx 1lb per week- slow compared to others but it is realistic and sustainable for me- and effective! I got my 5 stone award last week so it all adds up mate!!!!

Well done and good on ya for not getting down about STS for a couple of weeks. Have faith in what you are doing and trust your body. Sometimes it just has to learn to do as its told and get used to the idea lol.
