On to week 3!

Week 2 done, struggled a bit this but largely because I had few whiskey and coke zeros on Friday night :( The desire to eat was sooooo strong the following couple of days but I managed to avoid it. Lesson learned on the booze front, won't be happening again.


Lost 4lbs this week.
