Well that's me just back from my Sister's hen night and it was one of the best nights of my life.
I have never had so many lovely comments. Although i've been doing this diet for 12 weeks, it just seems that last night was the first time everyone noticed.
It really does give you a massive boost and motivation to carry on.
We can all do this and become that slim person that we always wanted to be.
