On way to aldi and would like some suggestions of whats free or low in syns etc
Any suggestions be great

Thai fishcakes frozen £1.99 for 2 - really filling and 1 syn each with the sweet chilli sauce
Frozen Irish Stew and Beef Casserole are both free food
Flavoured water - the lemon and lime and peach are both nice and very cheap
Frozen Lamb Shanks - low in syns cannot remember how many but they come in a mint sauce and make a really nice treat tea. I think they are £5 for 2.

You can also get haddock in breadcrumbs which are 4.5syns each and they are worth every single syn! They are yummy!

Thanks got sharing the Thai fish cakes, I'll defo be getting some of those next time I'm passing
