Once upon a Down Day - JUDDDing with Marge

DQ you won't be the only one on the worlds longest DD I have also barely had any sleep and off tio work in less than an hor then 12 hours of work on 500 cals YIKES will be happy when this cold is over!!

Done ok so far nothing eaten but then it is only 7am and I do only have 400kcals to use lol

I might have an in betweeny day on Sunday, instead of an up day :)

Well miss Marge you are still doing at least the 5:2 plan which still gives you the health benefits so still good for you :) if you are downing sat and mon I'd def have an up on Sunday just don't have an up up and away day :)
Doing ok JUDDDwise but my IBS is being very mean today :(

The first since last Tuesday :eek:
I have a night out in 2 weeks, so I would love to drop half a stone by then.
I'm at the gym every day this week ;)
I will get back into this dieting malarky ! :D

I am really struggling today. Hormonal totm is not helping !
I felt that bad earlier, I cancelled my gym classes :doh:
I feel slightly better now, I don't have any tears left, so maybe its just as well I did cancel them :)
Early night me thinks, and I know the double DD tomorrow will be much better :)
 
A DD fail yesterday, as I ended up snacking with oatcakes and cheese, and nuts last night... Oh, and a glass of wine :rolleyes:
Another day to try now :D

This is my 3rd UD in a row and out for dinner tomorrow OPPPS!!!

I'm not doing too great with UD's, as I have had waaaay to many to be good :(
I'm kinda in 2 minds at the moment, if I should stick with JUDDD and healthy eating..... Or do a couple of weeks back on a VLCD.
I have been on shakes today. I think I will do another day tomorrow on the shakes, then see how I feel :)
I have a bit of a cold so I'm maybe not in the best frame of mind to decide what's best at the moment :)
 
I'm not doing to good.
In fact I am not doing anything !!
My WI showed 16st 9lbs this morning :eek:
So I have decided to go back to Exante for now, and shift a good few pounds. Unfortunatley, I have a fair bit of socialising that needs to be done, as its all bee planned for such a long time now. I dont want to let others or myself down, so I will be healthy when I am out, and on Exante when I am not.
I may be back to JUDDD in a month or two :), when I can trust myself with upping and downing :)
 
Bumping for myself to reread, and try and avoid similar mistakes ;)
Any help appreciated ;):D
