    Yes I tried it when I was having slow losses and it worker for me. I love EE because it's so flexible and I love meat with pasta/rice but I had to mix things up a bit because my losses slowed right down.

    I incorporated more salads & veg soup into my week and had a better loss for it.

    I'm going through a pasta & rice phase at the mo so I'm thinking of trying a few green days.

    You're welcome, anytime. Well done on yours too. You're doing great and a loss is still a loss.

    Mix things up a bit, make sure you're having enough syns & sf foods and I'm sure you'll do fine x
