I think I'm going to have a go at this.

I'm so unfit and overweight just now, that I can't really do proper press-ups, and have been doing the knees-down, hands-on-a-box style kiddy-on press-ups.

I'll try the initial test tonight with correct form and see how I get on.

Congratulations on your progress - the only thing I might suggest from the website you linked to is that they were very clear on making sure you have rest days between sessions, and you said you were doing press-ups every day?
If so, maybe your muscles aren't getting enough recovery time, which they need to repair and grow, becoming stronger.

Just a thought.
 
I have the app on my iPhone.

I was doing well but took time out to eat pies and gave up.

I am going to start again. The app can update your facebook page so you can shame yourself in public!
