Went in with my usual hopeful anticipation and what did I lose this week? 1.5lbs,I am so down in the mouth about it,the assistant couldnt understand why and neither can I.Have stuck to it 100%,drank 4L+ daily. The only thing I can think of is the herbal remedy Agnus Castus, she suggested to stop taking it to see.:sigh:

Awww.. could be fluid retention, coz I tried Agnus Castus for menopausal symptoms a while ago and it caused me to retain fluid like mad.
Don't despair, betcha next week will be about 6lbs !! :D

Aw,guys, thanx for the encouragement.Cathy, thats given me a bit of hope, sometimes I do feel bloated even though Im always at the loo.I havent tried Ketostix,I havent got any Linny, might be worth getting some.I do drink 4L everyday plus the odd glass and even a 500ml bottle when Im out in the car.Ive just done 20 mins on exercise bike so will do that everyday now to see if that helps too.Linny,we will keep each others spirits up!

shamrock, well done on your 1.5lbs thats a huge smile and a half :D:) just think its still a loss closer to your target and at least not a "+" or 0.

So keep the spirit up and all the best for the start of another week!

Ditto all the above - if you look at the stats of even the biggest losers you will see that the odd week is 1 1/2 - 2 lbs, the body is bound to be having a fight with you to keep all it's lovely, warm, cuddly, chubbiness but you have to carry on to win. Check out stats, maybe step up the exercise and have a cracking next week xxxx

Shamrock, we all have our low loss weeks and it can be disheartening but we must remember it is still a loss and still going downwards! I only lost a kg this week and 1.65lb 4 weeks ago. Someone wise said to me it was probably my body trying to catch up with the lost. Sure enough, I had a WI 4 days later (was going away) and had lost over 3lb!

Don't get down and look forward to a good loss next week.

I have e-mailed Lipotrim to see if they recommend to stop taking it,if its affecting ketosis or making me retain fluid. Will let you know if I get a reply.

Hi hun, it is really hard when you have a smaller loss (and everybody does) not to get fed up. Just remember lipotrim is about achieving a stone a month, not about the numbers week to week. Even when I've had a bad week on the scales (not on the plan) I've still lost the stone a month when I look back overall.

Ps would be interested to here what lipotrim say bout agnus castor (sp?) cos have been thinking of giving it a go x
