ONE POUND AT A TIME

Hi :) found sf ok but it is a bit expensive buyin fresh fruit etc but worth it! Lost 1.5lbs this evening - so happy I can eat dominos and still lose lol

Total loss so far 11.5lbs in 5 weeks

Going out for an Indian meal tonight and I'm totally lost about what to get! I usually love chicken dhansak, plain boiled rice and half a naan. Was thinking if I ate half portions (they aren't huge in this restaurant) I would count the meal as 30pp???! Is this a total unestimate? Has anyone got the eating out guide?

I have 20 dailies left and all my weeklies
 
Sorry for butting into your thread but just to let you know on he value diary the chicken dhansak is 30 points, boiled rice is 12 and peshwari naan is 18. It doesn't give the points for the normal naan. Hope that helps :)
 
Plain naan 6pp for half so if you halve it all it would be 27, so you could have a little extra dahnsak! :)

Oooh & congrats on the loss, 1.5lbs way to go!
 
Thanks maxamillion! In that case with plain naan and sticking to half portions i will pp it as 30pp for the meal leaving me a few pp for cheeky glass of vino or g&t (or both :p)

So flipping tired its not funny! Woke at 2.30 and haven't slept since. Night duty grrr. Hubby home at 2pm today so might try and get a power nap then or I'll never make it to bedtime. Have already munched my way through 3 ww rich toffee bars yum yum, glad I had a replacement sugar fix in the cupboard!!
