on night shift so may sleep til 5, have a banana and yog at dinner then keep my salad for night shift and use the 3pp for 3am sugar fix ;)

Haha yes, don't feel like sharing it at the minute though :( let's just say taking a week off to get back on track didn't quite go to plan! Back on it now though, reckon I can still get to goal by end of August.

I was wondering if u no how to point milk? I usually have red and point it at 1pp but ive also had 1/4 pint of green is that 2pp? Do I put 3pp for or all or is it more pp?

1/4 pint (142ml) 2pp

Milk, Skimmed (red top)
1 pint 5pp
1/2 pint 3pp
1/4 pint 1pp

I usually only have a tiny amount of skimmed on my cereal and drink my teas and coffee black so count 1pp for my daily milk allowance
