Hi folks Started this plan on Monday which was recommended by two friends who both gained great results. Is there anyone else who cannot get down the required amount of shakes. I am male and was advised to two shakes a day, tbh I am finding that really tough going. I find one when I come home from work is ample. I survive in work on black coffee and my water intake. I am weighing in at 15 stone and hope to lose around 1 and half stone. Will this effect the weight loss.
