Well I've had my 4th WI tonight (been on SW for 5 weeks but had a short holiday). I'm back to where I was after week 1 which is a bit sad but I guess I know exactly where I've been going astray. Tomorrow is a new day and I will treat it as week one again - perhaps I can get a big loss next week:)

I think you are doing well, you can't expect to lose loads if you are on holiday - I gained 6lb on mine! I think the real problem is that your holiday was at the beginning of your diet, so you have not managed to see the difference yet. But, remember you are still 5.5lb lighter than when you started and you have also had a holiday - sounds like a result to me! I hope you had a great holiday and now you can settle into your diet for the next few weeks before Christmas, Take care.
