Yes it's exersize every week after weigh in. You can go to extra classes aswell if you want.
 
Well I did the first aerobics class today, I lasted 30 mins out of a 45 min session, not that I was tired as I could have kept going, unfortunatly my back disagreed with me, and let me know subltly by sending pains down my legs! so I stopped, it's just not worth it, though it was great fun, I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to going back next Monday!

I have done well food wise today, I have consumed around 900 calories, I don't feel hungry... YET !!

Well done for going and doing exercise in public - I'd hate that - I'd be huffing and puffing like a steam train! At least with the swimming - once I'm in the water all you can see is my head! LOL

I've been good todat as well as its my first weigh in at SW tonight. Got to wait until 7pm though - I'll be starving!!

Well I'm back AGAIN, tail between the legs like everyone else. I don't actually know why I do this to myself. I keep losing, gaining, losing & gaining & now I guess I'm back to where I first started 14 mth ago. I should be at target now if I ant been messin about. Ssssssoooooooo I've done ww, a few times, sw, a few times & cc a few times. I just think I expect a diet to work wi out puttin the hard work in. All diets work although some better than other but I just need to try harder. So this weeks diet(haha) is the hairy dieters cook book. It's actually just cc but some fab ideas & recipes in their book. I've had a good 2 days & don't wanna count my chicks but I think I may of turned a corner although I don't feel very focused.
How's everyone else doin? What diets are we on & how are we findin em?

Hey Kay - I'm right there with you.
I've put all my weight back on.
I joined slimming worl two weeks ago and lost 3.5lbs on week one, and 1lb on week two. I've been really ticked off by the crappy class and the crappy leader so i've blown this week and had take out four nights running.
I'm really fed up - work is a nightmare, im back to puffing and wheezing all the blinking time - no energy.
Hubby wants to do weightwatchers instead. So thinking of starting that next week instead.
Not sure what to do - would quite like to drown in a chocolate fountain about now. Can't think of a better way to go.
Hope everyone else is doing better than me!

Hey ladies, I'm back wiv ya 2!! Bin faffing around half heartedly doin every diet under the sun. On a plus side I have bin going Zumba classes a few times a week. Know if I put my mind to it & the work in at the gym I cud drop a dress size for Christmas but can I truly be bothered. Need to get a grip & stop messing about. Gutted because i promised myself last new years eve that i would never b that weight again - unfortunately i weigh more :( :( Come on girls, lets hav a stern word wiv ourselves & do it!!!! Xxx
 
Well said Gail - I think we are all in the same position!
I'm starting again tomorrow on weightwatchers.
Lets see what we can do in the next 6 weeks!!

Well dun Emms!!! I've dun well 2 today. Counted a 2 finger kit Kat wiv a brew later & still hav one point left. Earned 6 exercise points as well. Day 1 - DONE! :) xxx

Hi Emms, I'm sure that will b off next week, it will b water due 2 tom. U back on track? I lost 1.5lb this week so pleased wiv that. Prob put it all back on yesterday. Really struggle on Fridays & really need up stop having fat Fridays every week. If any of u lovely ladies hav any idea on how I can stop them please let me know xxx
 
I'm still here but I don't get notifications when anyone comments & when I'm not doin it 100% I don't come on here. I'm really pissed off wi myself cos I try lots of diets & blame the diets for not workin but its not the diet it's me !!! I don't commit myself & give it everything but hate hate hate being fat more than anything. I think about my weight when I get up, when I go to bed & every wakin hr inbetween. I have had my butt kicked by Gail & I AM getting back on it

i'm still around :)
hovering around 9st 7lb getting more stable now. gone way over my points this week, hoping gym will even it out.
you are all still here and still trying, it took me a while to do it, lets face it if it was easy everyone would be skinny.
think this time of year isn't the best for weightloss,try not to beat yourselves up too much, everyone seems more motivated after christmas :)
