Thank you all, I am so happy all these feeling sorry for myself not eating while watching my family eat is now gone!
I feel so much lighter even though is just a stone, and I still have a lot to lose but I thought about it. 1 stone is 7kg, I normally buy basmati rice from Indian shops which come in 5kg and it is heavy! It is like carrying that and walking everywhere!
