one stone ish to lose which phase?

    hi all ive got just around a stonish to lose and wondered which phase to start on? ive done cambridge in the past and lost 8 1/2 stone and would like to finish off this last stone! cheers

    well done on your loss .............. i would do induction for 2 weeks then owl ( ongoing weight loss ) as you made need induction in the future x

    I'd do this too ^^

    You don't need ketosis and getting all of that water out of your system quite so brutally as some of us do! I'd start with OWL and lose 5 lbs of it and then as soon as that was done i'd go on to pre maintenance to lose those last 5 pounds painfully slowly (and therefore keeping it off!)
