Hellooo! I can't believe it! Nice to see you, I'll try and get round to diaries later today. Exciting!

Suffice it to say that lots of things have changed since I last posted here but i'm not going to bore on about that instead I'm going to just do my diary for yesterday and hope that being back here will pull me back into shape!

Yesterday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - PB2 (2) and banana sandwich (B). Coffee with almond milk (2)

Hey Sally, your food always looks lovely and fresh. I was wondering if you do batch cooking or if you make everything fresh as you're going to eat it?
 
Hmmm, trying to work out this multi quote thing again on my iPad (without much success)

Tooty! I do batch cook a bit, so stuff like chilli, stews, soups obviously; but I also over cater with things like chicken and couscous so I can have it the next day.

Torn - that's a problem I'm looking forward to having, I know though that it's one of the hardest things as the goal element has gone. MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS though!
 
Tuesday

Started a new temp role today. I've found it really hard to stick to plan while being in lots of different working environments but this place is 5 minutes down the road so I can come home for lunch. Whoop whoop!!

Went out yesterday for a tromp about Bluewater and bought a little mini spiraliser from Lakeland. It's fabulous! Also went for lunch with my friend to Pizza Express so was over on my Syns but well, well within my calories so it's all good.

Yesterday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 1 boiled egg, coffee with almond milk (Half A)

Lunch - Pizza Express Leggera padana. Yummo. (25 Syns! I'm going to tweak though and take 3 off for half an A choice and 6 off for my B choice. Don't look, I've gone insane. 16 Syns *evil laugh*)

Dinner - Home made Chicken shawarma (so good), cous cous and salad

Oh no! Plateaus are The Worst. Has it been long?

So, I'm temping in a primary school at the moment. AW THE LITTLE DOTS! They are too cute. I'm enjoying it but not getting many steps in as I drive there and back everyday, then drive home at lunch. I'm thinking about walking in tomorrow depending on the weather.

Woohoo fab looking day. I am rather jealous of your chilli!

It's been a while; last three weeks I've not lost, despite being on plan 100% and doing SAS Logs and trying to mix up my HEXB choices etc etc. So this week I have rebelled... it may well be a gain I see tomorrow, but at least the scales will be moving! I've been messing around with the same few pounds for several months to be honest. What with going back to uni to start my Masters, it's been a bit all over the place!
 
I bet you get a good loss! The body is a funny thing. A three week plateau is common but AWFUL but I bet when it starts going again you'll get a lovely big loss. Are your clothes feeling any better? Lost any inches?

Evil Thursday is upon us again but it's a short hop to the weekend and then it's half term..Ace!

OH MY GIDDY AUNT - minis is back and I never fricking knew! How are you old friend?? I am wondering around here in amazement and looking for my old chums, How are you across that huge stretch of water that is the thames estuary?! I am not sure whether to kick start my old diary or start a flashy new one....

How was the wedding my love? OMG I can't believe you're here!

Torn! Half a pound is nothing and it might give your metabolism a bump for next week. No real plans for next week apart from a couple of interviews and going to see Zoolander 2 with DS. Bliss! Oh one big plan is to try and do a week of eating out of the SW mag. You know those 7 day things they do? I thought it might be fun to do while I've got some time.

Hey Hun,

The wedding went really well thanks. We had a great day but it was the big holiday with family and close friends that really made it. Three weeks in the sun was a perfect way to spend what we would have spent in 1 wedding day in the UK. Perfect. Life is good, contentment has kicked in, and weight has crept up. I am sorting it though.

Your food is as ever looking amazing!
