So sorry to read of everything that's gone on recently Sally. Hope you're starting to feel better now and that you had an amazing weekend. Looking forward to reading about how you're getting on!

Things have been rubbish here lately. Lots going on that I don't want to talk about and I've definitely let the plan slip away.

Christmas looms now and it's difficult to clamber back on the wagon BUT I'm going to try very hard to get my shiz together before it becomes a train crash.

There will be a time when you can draw a line and get on plan, while things are crap be kind to yourself and do the best x
 
Just do what you can when you can, sometimes other things are more important than thinking about SW.

So, I'm back. Hello everyone, hope you're all well? Happy New Year!

Anyway, I have a new steely determination to lose this bloody weight and I'm hoping that as my social life will be much quieter I should be able to stick to plan more easily. I WI yesterday at 187. Boo!

Yesterday was my first day back on plan and I managed to avoid all the Christmas naughties which are still jammed into our fridge. Hooray for that. I've had a little look at the changes to the plan but I haven't quite got my head around it yet. I think I'm going to just stick to what I know for the time being although I might give the new Success Express thingy a go for a couple of days next week. We'll

Today - Extra Easy


Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, coffee (A)

Lunch - jacket potato with cottage cheese and tuna, salad.

On The Agenda - planning on heading out shopping today - I've barely been out over Christmas!

I'm back in the zone after a wayward few months where I gained a stone. It's coming back off. Oh yes. I am gunning for it.

Meh to the relationship woes - these things happen but I'd find it easier if he'd let me alone! At least I know I've done the right thing in ending it, thanks to his utterly crazy reaction. Bullet dodged!
