    Had my first weigh in yesterday and lost exactly 1 St so pretty happy with that , am hoping for around 6 pounds each week for the next 2 which would put me just short of 2 stones for the first three weeks, we shall see

    7lbs loss this week, exactly what i wanted :-D

    Now 17st 7ib and many of my clothes are getting too big for me :).

    Was only going to do this diet for one month but just ordered further 2 month supply!
