no onions!

Have a look though your booklet it tells you what you can and can't have but if you are on SS you can have the packs and nothing else!
SS+ you can a small amount of green veg with your SS+ meal.

Nooo not on SS. Id kill myself! Lol

Im on 810, and I never knew Onions were carby, theyre not really a starchy veg, anyone know why no onions...?

They are actually quite carby due to the sugar, sugar is a carb and will kick you out of ketosis.

Generally the rule of thumb is go green for your veggies. If it is not on the list don't have it, but only exception is mushrooms which were missed off the list by accident.

Do you have the list?

I do have the list yes, and good point, they do make sugar.

I shall abstain from onions until target weight is reached.
