Onions

Does anyone know the carb content of onions please? I generally buy the lazy version of diced frozen onions from Asda.

30g of fresh onion has 2g carbs. If you use packets I think the carb content should be on the packet. I'm pretty new to this myself so hope that's right. I have a little carb counter book which is invaluable for times you can't get on the internet to check stuff! HTH

That's the numbers I got from digging around tesco's website on the various onion types
