Picked up the wrong Onken while shopping - anyone know the syn value for the standard natural yoghurt NOT fat free????? :-(

It's the first one so 4.5 syns for the whole tub not bad! I only have a few spoon fuels on cereal a day so will call it 1 syn. If it was more I'd have given it away.
