Is there a printable log sheet anywhere for us to note down everything we eat during the day, and calculate the number of syns we've had? I'm finding it confusing having to put bits of the meal in the 'free' section and bits of it in 'syns' or HEX.
Being a newbie I find I need MUCH more space in the tiny 'syn' section of the diary given to me on my first week (which was only last Wed so I'm very very new to this) I'm very confused.
I do use 'myfitnesspal' which is amazing and has a huge database of foods, but it only calculates calories, fats etc. and no-one seems to have the mathematical formula for converting this to syns.
