    well today i have had a treat by my beloved he took me for lunch and i ate a lovely mixed grill, i did leave most of the chips and 2 onion rings there were only 3, i only had a shape yoghurt this morning so hopefully not much damage done, i worked it roughly and id say about 900 cals in a mixed grill.xx has anyone else had a large meal and still lost?

    I have... One meal isn't going to screw you over Netuk. Your loss might not be as big as you were hoping if it was the night before WI, but just like we don't loose weight over night, we don't gain it over night either. So keep on going :)

    I have a fry up every saturday, so don't worry ;)

    I have had my first ooops moment today though...in a cafe with friends,they all ordered a large brekkie...i've been in there with them loadsof times since I started the diet,and usually have a diet coke and a meal bar....but today I had egg and chips :eek: really enjoyed it, but felt so guilty as soon as i'd finished :sigh:
