Oh dear, well i've had a massive blowout this weekend ( i blame the weather ;) )....BBQ's, picnics, alcohol..you name it and i've done it, and had some major side effects along the way :eek: !! But it's a new week now and i'm back on the wagon and hopefully won't be falling of again as i don't want anymore shocking trips to the toilet :eek:..gross i know!!
I deffinatly feel like a few pounds have crept back on so i'm even more determined to get rid of them now, i've got my weigh in next week and i'm aiming for a 10lb loss so hopefully i will still hit that target. How's everyone else got on over the weekend? all a lot better than me i hope;) x

the weekend has been hard,but i kept good so far............ Even went in MD'S and bought the girls a milkshake and i had a diet coke.... no beef burgers or sausages have passed my lips but boy has it been hard ......dreaming of steak and fat home made chips ......going to find something to do,lol

Well done Tina. You deffinatley did well to resist MD's..i'm going to have to try harder in future, was doing so well and felt really guilty this morning,as nice as the burgers were it's not worth it in the long run....hopefully i'll stick at it this weekend!!x

Tina, you can still have your steak! Just cut off all the fat. And make your own chips with that frylite stuff and you're flying.

i do that all the time, even before the diet

or next time you know you are going to a bbq try maing for own burgers that way you can calucate exactly what you are having and also control the amount of fat etc

ooohh steak i aint eaten that in soo sooo long.... i cut most red meat out and only eat it if its really low fat (under the 5g rule) its impossible finding red meat under that usually.... although sainsburys have some extra lean steak mincemeat thats 4.2g of fat per hundred... yay id only eat it rarely though...

on a diff note i wanted to say , dont beat yourself up bout the weekend.. because we all have to have some treat times... put it down as that and keep it going xx
